My Coaching Story
Helping You Move Forward
Since 2003, I have dedicated my career to social work, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. In 2019, I expanded my expertise by becoming a Certified Life Coach, blending social work with a heart-centered coaching approach to empower personal growth and resilience. My journey into coaching began with personal struggles. After discovering transformative techniques that helped me break through, I shared them with others and saw their impact. This inspired me to pursue coaching full-time. In May 2021, I lost my father to a drug overdose—a tragedy that deepened my commitment to my work. Determined to support those affected by substance abuse, I became a Narcan Trainer, Certified Peer Advocate, and Substance Abuse Recovery Coach. In 2023, this loss became the catalyst for founding Self-Care JS Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to self-care, mental health, and recovery. Through advocacy, coaching, and therapy, I strive to help individuals heal from trauma, break cycles of addiction, and prioritize their well-being.
As a coach, therapist, and advocate, my mission is simple: You come first. I am here to push, motivate, and support you in achieving your goals, healing from the past, and creating the life you deserve.
